The passing of Marvin “Pinky” Leabert Green in Independence, Missouri leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on August 2, 2025 at the age of 84. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leabert Green and Melva Louise Green (Morris); and his wife Marilyn Kay Green (Stevens). He is survived by: his daughter Julie Barker; his siblings, Margie Moffitt and Melvin Green; his grandchildren, Bruce Ringwood Jr. (Jenna), Jordan Budd, Taylor Budd, Amie Ringwood, Kasie Ringwood, Mitchell Ringwood, Nikki Barker and Josh Barker; and his great grandchildren, Henry Ringwood, Haddison Ringwood, Ellie Ringwood, Mylie Barnicle, Jonnie Barnicle, Penny Ringwood, Piper Ringwood, Levi Ringwood, Ikani Ringwood and Jerzie Ringwood.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Speaks Suburban Chapel (18020 East 39th St S, Independence, MO 64055). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
