Bio     Celebration of Life services for Carol A. DeHart, Hollister, will be held Sat. Dec. 3 at 2:00 P.M. in the St. Joseph Anglican Church, Branson. Father Jim McTaggart will officiate. Services are under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson. Ms. DeHart passed away Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2016. Carol Anne DeHart was born June 29, 1945 in Independence, Missouri and graduated from Van Horn High School in 1963. She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen & Lois Crews, who had located in Branson, Mo. after their retirement and her husband Jack Saliba. Except for a few years in Birmingham and Scottsboro, Alabama, she spent her adult life in Branson and Hollister, Missouri where she was in the hotel management business, mobile home sales and service business. For the last several years in real estate she was affiliated with Sell More Realty and just recently with Boeker Group Real Estate. She was also a member of the National Association of Realtors. Carol was an active member of St. Joseph Anglican Church in Branson, Missouri where she served as a sexton and reader. She was never without a smile and was full of unconditional love for all people and animals. Carol was a loyal friend and champion of the underdog. Carol is survived by her sister, Mary Jane Glenn (Michael) and four cherished nieces, Sandra (Dan) Coy, and Michael, Erin and Shannan; Kathy Howard Yoakum (Barry), and Crews Howard; Amy (Carmon) Heilmann and Rudi, Abbey and Alexandria; Laurie (Jeff) Pennington and Matthew, Avery and Natalie; and her much loved and spoiled rescue shih tzu, Molly. Of the many charities she supported, the Humane Society of Branson was closest to her heart. Memorials in Carol's memory may be sent to the St. Joseph Anglican Church, 438 Sunrise Cove, Branson, Missouri 65616.
