| Bio | Sonja Kay Kenney, 61, of Seymour, Mo., formerly of Independence, Mo. passed away November 10, 2009, in her home. She was born September 2, 1948 in Kansas City, Mo., to William W. and Maxine (McMahan) Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Dick Kenney on April 13, 2000. She is survived by her children, Rhonda Hennigh-Smith (Joe), of Sugar creek, Mo., Renn’e Wallace (Bub), and Rachelle Rambo (James Miller), all of Seymour, Mo., and Ronald Dotson, of Independence, Mo.; 13 grandchildren; a brother, Bill Brown (Belinda), of Independence, Mo. Services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009, in Mount Washington Forever Chapel in Independence, with burial in Mount Washington Forever Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until service time in the chapel on Saturday under the direction of Mount Washington Forever, Independence. Seymour arrangements are under direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home. |
