Bio     Jackie (Breunig) Crabtree, 51, of Richmond, MO, died Sunday, June 29, 2003, as a result of an automobile accident in Gardner, Kansas. Jackie was born May 6, 1952 in Ellsworth, KS, to Bernard W. and Maxine (Howell) Breunig. She married Tom Crabtree of Richmond on December 31, 1982; he survives, of the home, Other survivors include her parents Bernard and Maxine Breunig of Raytown, MO; one son, Clint Crabtree of Richmond; one daughter and son-in-law, Staci and Kevin Proffitt of Kansas City, MO; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Vince and Cathy Breunig of Fort Worth, TX and Butch and Cindi Breuing of Kansas City, MO; one sister, Vickie Brandt of Raytown; brother-in-law, Steve Crabtree of Kansas City; a great-aunt, Dorothy Wall of Independence, MO. She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Jackie worked at Old Republic Title in Kansas City. She had previously worked as a Deputy Recorder at the Ray County Recorder's office in Richmond for twelve years. She had lived in Richmond since 1982. She was a member of the Richmond Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and a former member of the Altar Society. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Clint Crabtree Education Fund c/o Thurman Funeral home, P.O. Box 190, Richmond, MO. Funeral services will be Thursday, July 3, at 2 p.m. at the Nativity of Mary Catholic Church, 10017 East 36th Terrace, Independence, MO 64052. Rosary will be recited Wednesday, July 2, at 6:30 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home, Richmond, MO. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 2, from 7-8 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home, Richmond, MO.
