Mike Poloney Jr.
Mike Poloney Jr., 49, Independence, died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2001, at Independence Regional Health Center.
Mr. Poloney was born March 1, 1952, in Kansas City and was a lifelong area resident. He worked for the Barbour Concrete plant, was a graduate of Van Horn High School and a member of the Fra ternal Order of Eagles 385 and the Freedom of the Road Riders.
His survivors include three children, Christina Burch, Inde pendence, Brian Burch, Raytown, and Alisha Sales, of the home; his mother, Alice Murdy, Blue Springs; two brothers, Mark Pol oney and David Poloney, and two sisters, Nikki Green and Andra Poloney, all of Independence; and one grandson, Tyler.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at New Salem Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at New Salem Funeral Home. |
