Bio     Thomas L Salyer Thomas L. Salyer, 38, Overland Park, died Oct. 16, 1994, at the Overland Park Regional Medical Center. Memorial Services will be tonight at the Speaks Suburban Chapel; cremation. Friends may call from 6 to 8 pm. Wednesday at the chapel. The family suggests contributions to charity. Mr. Salyer was a lifelong area resident. He Owned Blue Moon Painting for a year. He was a Methodist. Surviviors include a son, Ryan Salyer, Independence; his foster mother, Hollis Salyer, Independence; three sisters, Janice L Mammen, Lee's Summit, Rose Marie Salyer, Oklahoma City, and Cheryl Crist, Independence; and a brother Roger Salyer, Independence.
