| Bio | Brett Wagner serves as president of the California Center for Strategic Studies (in Santa Barbara), and as a professor for the U.S. Naval War College (teaching at Naval Base Ventura County). Brett, who also serves as a delegate to the California State Democratic Party, recently accepted his party's offer to run for U.S. Representative in the 24th district in 2004. |
