Found GUILTY on all counts December 14, 2006. DNA evidence collected from all "sex crime" offenders was collected and put in a database. Twenty years after the crime, his DNA was linked to a murder case. The case went to trial November of 06 and Mr. McMilian was convicted. On 2/22/2007 he was sentenced to two life sentences for the crimes. |
